Core Member
Full economic and governance share. Votes on every settlement-level decision. Lives on site, contributes capital, commits for the long term.
No one becomes a resident overnight. Membership is layered — from a day visit to a trial residency to full equity. You choose your depth; we hold the door open.
Membership is concentric, not binary. Visitors become volunteers become researchers become associates become core members — not on a schedule, but when both sides are ready.
Full economic and governance share. Votes on every settlement-level decision. Lives on site, contributes capital, commits for the long term.
Lives in the settlement under a renewable fixed-term agreement. Full facility and cultural access. Advisory vote in assembly. Surplus distribution at 50–75% of Core. A typical path to Core runs 6 months to 2 years, though Resident status may be held indefinitely.
Scholars, architects, agronomists, journalists, writers. Lives on site for a defined window, contributes work, publishes findings back to the commons.
Short-stay working residency. WWOOF-adjacent in spirit — food and lodging in exchange for honest labor on the farm, in the kitchen, on the build.
Visitors. Open-doors weekends, guest rooms in each common house. First point of contact with the settlement for many future members.
No cohort is open yet. When one is, the founding list is who we write first. The form below is a waiting room, not a commitment — come as a Guest, leave as a Core Member, or change your mind.
