§ 01 · The masterplan

An axonometric sketch, rendered in 3D.

Default view is SVG — walk it with your eye. The 3D promotion loads on demand; hotspots open the program for each building.

§ 02 · Permaculture zones

Land use radiates from the home.

Zone zero is the building itself. Each zone outward demands less daily attention and more of the site's natural rhythms.

Z0
Home
Dwellings, courtyards, daily touch. Cluster scale.
Z1
Kitchen garden
Intensive veg + herbs. Feeds the common house. Under 50 m from the kitchen.
Z2
Allotments
Household plots + communal beds. Under 200 m from every home (§9.1).
Z3
Orchard
Fig, olive, citrus, almond. Broadacre staples, small livestock.
Z4
Managed wild
Light management — forestry, foraging, biodiversity corridors.
Z5
Wild
Untouched. Observed, not managed. Seasonal baseline for the whole site.
§ 03 · A day in a Kont

Morning in the common house. Evening on the plaza.

A thin description — the architecture suggests the rhythm, not the other way around. Rewritten by residents once residents exist.

Morning. Someone is already in the common-house kitchen at six, working through the breakfast rotation. The dining hall fills slowly — children heading for the learning center, adults peeling off to the gardens, the clinic, the FabLab, or their coworking desks. E-bikes leave their docks in ones and twos, not in a commuter surge.

Midday. The plaza is the default meeting place — the market stall, the delivery drop, the four tables outside the store. Lunch is often in the common house; often at a neighbour's courtyard; occasionally in town. The pool complex and the multipurpose hall each run a mid-afternoon program — yoga, a reading group, the clinic's weekly intake.

Evening. Dinner back at the common house by cluster rotation; assembly business when the neighbourhood has a motion open; the quiet zone for those who need it to be quiet. The plaza stays lit past sunset. The service ring goes dark at eleven. The forest buffer was never lit in the first place.
